My name is Jessica Baker. I am the lead teacher in the Little Dipper's room. I have been a teacher in the Dipper's room since August of 2008. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Special Education from Ball State University. I previously worked at an elementary school as a special education teacher for children with a wide range of disabilities. I love working with younger children specifically two year-olds, for many reasons. They are always eager to learn and curious about the world around them. They also accomplish so much growth and change from day to day. I pride myself in holding the bar high for each child to reach for and always be challenged. I consider myself a very patient person and am willing to accept any challenge that comes my way. I also believe open communication with fellow staff and parents help run a smooth and successful classroom.
